Welcome to my site! I’m Petja, a Finnish family and newborn photographer living in Munich. My passion for newborn photography began when my own son was born in 2007. I absolutely love taking pictures of small little babies. Some parents call me a “baby whisper” due to my calming effect on babies.
I honoured that you are considering me to take such important first images of your newborn baby. Never again will you be able to capture images of your baby’s first days of life. They will be only once this tiny, curly, wrinkly, sleepy…brand new to the world.
I love capturing authentic moments while playing on the field and chasing Bavarian golden light! I want to tell your story by capturing images that you’ll cherish for years to come and showing off Bavarian beautiful scenery; The beautiful fields, lush green mountains, gorgeous lakes and of course those stunning sunsets.
Deep emotion is seen in moments of time when friends and families hearts and souls connect. This is what I strive to capture in every session. The sweet vulnerability of your little ones as they cling to you for comfort, the adoration and acceptance found in a couples gaze, or the joy and laughter of family connections.

Congratulations! There is tiny person growing inside you. Whether you have tried for years, had the wonderful help of science, or you were lucky enough on the first try- this is an amazing experience you’re going through right now! Your body is doing incredible things, you’re exhausted, you’re sick, everyone wants to rub the belly, but you also feel so wonderfully blessed and on top of the world.
